Our headquarters vault in Bangkok handles intake, verification, storage and collection for every stone on the exchange. Full security specifications and insurance documentation are provided to dealers on request.
Before anything is shipped, send us the laboratory report. We check it against the issuing laboratory’s own register and confirm the stone meets the vault standard. You know it qualifies before it leaves your safe.
Once verified, send the stone to the Bangkok headquarters vault. On arrival it is weighed, measured and matched against the report it was verified on, then placed in insured storage under your name.
Your stone appears on the board at your asking price. Buyers accept it outright or open a private offer, and ownership can change hands any number of times while the stone stays exactly where it is.
Whoever owns the stone controls it. Leave it in custody indefinitely and keep trading it, collect it in Bangkok after a final inspection, or have it moved under insured chain of custody to a partner facility near you. No lock-in and no notice period.
Each stone is held in an identified position against a specific owner. Nothing is commingled.
Every handling event is recorded against the stone with time, operator and reason.
Cover applies in storage and while moving between facilities. Certificates available on request.
Any dealer considering a deposit is welcome to inspect the facility, review our insurance documentation and speak to existing consignors. Handing over a stone worth six figures should involve exactly that level of scrutiny.
